Shipping

At Wolf Den we work with specialized suppliers for each product, so delivery times may vary depending on the item you buy. In general, you can expect:

• Processing time: 1 to 3 business days to confirm and prepare your order with the corresponding supplier.
• Shipping time: between 12 and 30 business days, depending on the product and your location.

We'll send you a tracking number as soon as it's available so you can monitor your order. If you buy more than one product in the same order, they may arrive in separate packages on different dates, since they may ship from different suppliers.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated and shown before you complete your purchase, at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the product and your order number; we'll evaluate a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Since these are pet products, for hygiene reasons we only accept returns for manufacturing defects or shipping errors, not for a change of mind — unless the product is unused and in its original packaging, in which case you have 15 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange.

Undelivered orders

If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time, write to us with your order number and we'll follow up directly with the carrier or supplier to resolve it.
